iFileNet for FileNet P8 (Workplace and Workplace XT) is a native and low cost business Apple iPad application that allows users to easily access and view files on iPad that are stored on IBM FileNet P8 server. A simple and ideal solution that is secure, robust and easy to use on Apple iPad that displays documents from IBM FileNet server on iPad using FileNet P8 APIs or content engine web services. Users can also view and create annotations on documents from iPad, view documents metadata information, and save data back to FileNet.

Allows user to save, copy, paste and print annotations and contents and also to view, markup and annotate documents all at the same time and in one place. Add text, sticky notes, images, rubber stamps, etc. to TIFF, PDF, JPG, and many more file formats. Supports annotations on image file formats only (JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIFF, etc.).
Offline Storage
Facilitate users to browse document locally in the device even when if the internet connection is not available. Offline mode even support making changes to an existing folders, adding new items in the folders and synchronized back those changes automatically when connected again. This means that changes made in offline mode in any document will be identical when viewing same document from FileNet Object Stores or Folders.
Highly Secure iPad Application
Provide high level of security from unauthorized access of documents. User can view documents stored in the FileNet P8 Object Stores/Folders, view details of events in calendar, view discussions and replies made by the team members on any topic, view details of task right in the viewer on an iPad device.

User can purchase iFileNet application customized to its business (B2B) via Volume Purchase Program. MST will add users Volume Purchase Program Apple ID to its authorized B2B purchasers list.
To log in to the website, use Apple ID associated with the Volume Purchase Program account. Search for iFileNet application and indicate the number of copies needs to be purchased. There is no limit on the purchase of number of copies. For each copy, user will receive a unique redemption code that lets other users to download and install the application without purchasing it.
