The MST Batch Converter user interface is built on .NET Framework 2.0. The processing DLLs are built in ATL COM and conversion code is written in C++.

The MST Batch Converter does not use Outside In Viewer Technology. MST develops its own custom built format libraries for rendering and converting for their solutions.

Annotations can be either burned to the converted documents or it can be embedded as annotations objects onto the converted PDF document.
